Credit Card Processing with TAC is easy. With a few clicks, you can accept payments, email receipts, and have the payment information flow directly into the customer record. No need for a terminal.

Several years ago, after a careful selection process, Clear Computing integrated Total Activity Control software with a strategic partner, Payment Management. Since we have developed this partnership, Payment Management has joined us at trade shows, developed custom promotional materials for us, and now, has branded TACcreditcards.com for Clear Computing. 

On this page and our links page, you will find information and resource materials to enable you to integrate your credit card processing with TAC as quickly as possible! 

How it works

One-time Site Set Up
Click the PCI Mgmt button on the Site Master Financial Tab and enter the card holder information.

 That opens up a window on the secure web server. Card holder information will be saved in the secure Customer Information Manager for use the next time.
To Accept Credit Card Payment
Go to the Post Receivables Form. Enter the payment amount, invoice number and any other identifying information.
Click “Pay by Credit Card” You will receive an authorization code which will flow into TAC
Click Save to record the transaction locally. You will see all the payment information in the customer record.

How to Apply

Click here for the Merchant Information Form.  Fill this out completely and fax to our offices at 609-924-6732 and include the following:

- 3 recent months processing statements from your current processor.(If you don’t currently accept credit cards, you don’t need to include this.)
- A voided check from the account in which you want your funds deposited (If you use an account that doesn’t have checks, click here for a Bank Verification form)
- A business license or other government-issued document showing the business address.

Fax documents to our office and we will contact you with any questions.  If you need any help, or have any questions, call the Payment Management office at 609-924-1249 and a friendly application specialist will take care of you.
